He was born in Bhera and we have a record of a picture in which he appears with Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. He spoke English well, and lived in Great Britain and then went on to the United States, ending up in Chicago in the growing Syrian and Turkish community.

He started a periodical, [Muslim Sunrise] in 1921. He would write 'epistles' to notable people, hold lectures in churches, and would enumerate the people who had 'converted' in his magazine. Most of the 'press coverage' he got were paid advertisements in lesser-known weekly newspapers (mostly Sunday editions), and he received a number of degrees (including honorary doctorates) from well-known diploma mills (universities without accreditation).
