He was the son of Hakeem Nooruddin.
He was part of the Qadiani Ahmadiyya, until he was forced to leave Rabwah as a result of Excommunication and Ostracization policies.
Then, he joined the Lahori group, and subsequently moved to the U.S., where he died. He wrote a number of books.
