Delivery Policy: Items purchased from this site will be shipped on the next working day and via regular Royal Post and will usually take 3-7 working days to reach you.  International orders can take longer.  Membership subscriptions and course/event fees will be fulfilled via email.

  • Refund/Cancellation Policy:  Orders for items purchased from this site can be cancelled at any time.  If shipped, items will be refunded if sent back within 30 days of receipt.  There is no handling charge but you will have to ship back the items at your cost.
  • Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.  If the cancellation instruction is received less than 10 days before your monthly subscription date, there is a chance that it may take one more billing period for the cancellation to take effect.  There is no refund of membership subscriptions.
  • Fees for events and courses will be refunded in full up to the day of the event or the first day of the course.
